A commander of Jeish al-Izza terrorist group, affiliated to the FSA (the so-called Free Syrian Army), was killed in the Syrian army's airstrikes in Hama, a military source said on Thursday.
"Musa Abdallah, a commander and TOW launcher in Jeish al-Izza was killed in joint airstrikes by the Syrian and Russian air force units on Lataminah in Hama," the source said.
The Syrian warplanes targeted a number of positions and center points of terrorist groups in the Eastern province of Hama, killing dozens of militants and destroying their military hardware.
The Syrian army jets also attacked several terrorist positions in Kefr Zeita, some 39 kilometers Northwest of Hama, and regions around Hor Benafseh town.
The air raids claimed the lives of dozens of militants and left many more injured, inflicting heavy damage on militants' positions.
The Syrian air force also pounded military positions and gathering centers of the terrorists groups in the city of Balada al-Sarmaniya and the village of Qarqour, inflicting heavy losses on them; FNA reported.
