President Bashar al-Assad received Wednesday a phone call from Russian President Vladimir Putin discussing prospects of the crisis in Syria in light of implementing the cessation of fighting actions.
President al-Assad asserted, during the phone call, government’s readiness to contribute to implementing the cessation of the fighting actions.
Presidents al-Assad and Putin also affirmed the importance of going ahead in combating the terrorist organizations of “ISIS ,Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations, SANA News reported.
