First Vice Speaker Mohammad Hassan Abu Torabifard said the Iranian nuclear negotiators safeguarded the nation’s principles.
Addressing the Tuesday morning session of the Iranian parliament, he said the members of the negotiating team insisted on the rights of the nation encouraged by the guidelines provided to them by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
He praised the cooperation and convergence between the people and the government all during the period sanctions were imposed on Iran.
He said the persistence of the nuclear negotiation team on Iran’s views proved that the nation is powerful enough to pursue its rights against the world arrogant powers.
He thanked the members of the Iranian nuclear negotiation team for their efforts to protect the country’s interests and hoped the outcome of the talks would safeguard Iran’s national interests.
