Major powers have struck a long-awaited nuclear deal with Iran after more than two weeks of intense talks in Vienna, a diplomat close to the negotiations said Tuesday.
"The agreement is concluded," the diplomat told AFP in the Austrian capital, where a final ministerial meeting between Iran and the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany was called.
