Iran, Major Powers to Hold 'Final Plenary' at 0830 GMT: EU

Ministers from Iran and major powers trying to thrash out a historic nuclear deal to meet in Vienna at 10:30 am (0830 GMT) Tuesday for a "final plenary," the EU announced, AFP reports

"Final plenary of E3/EU+3 and Iran at 10h30 at the UN," EU spokeswoman Catherine Ray wrote on Twitter.
