Displaced Iraqi civilians, including young children, headed further into the country's northern Kurdish region on Thursday, fleeing heavy fighting in the region.
Many have been stationed at the Debaga refugee camp in the Makhmur District to the east of Mosul and the south of Irbil.
The civilians are leaving their houses in the area as the Iraqi government and allied forces seek to rout ISIS militants from their last urban stronghold in Iraq.
