Despite the reconciliation attempts, supported by Russia and the USA, heavy clashes are ongoing in the most part of Syria. After the failed advance of the Syrian Army in the Raqqa province, Aleppo City and northern Latakia became the most important frontlines where pro-government forces are engaged in clashes with militants:
Syrian forces have regained control over key areas in the coastal province of Lattakia and killed a large number of ISIS Takfiri terrorists in the northern city of Raqqah.
Government units backed by popular forces continued military operations in several areas around the country, recapturing new zones and thwarting terrorist attacks.
