800 Displaced Civilians Come back Home in West of Ramadi

800 displaced people have returned to their liberated area of Kabisa in south of Heet, the governor of al-Wafaa District, Naji Aber, announced on Friday.

Aber said, “More than 800 displaced people from Kabisa, mostly women and children, have returned to their liberated areas in the vicinity of Kabisa south of Heet (70 km west of Ramadi),” adding that, “Those families returned to Kabisa after the completion of the cleansing [operations] of mines and improvised explosive devices,” pointing out that, “The returnees are considered to be the first batch, and the rest of the families will be returned at a later date,” IraqiNews reported.
