In Homs an army unit on Monday foiled an attack by ISIS terrorists on a hill in the vicinity of al-Qaryatain town to the southeast of Homs central province.
A field source told SANA that an army unit destroyed with a rocket a vehicle rigged with big amounts of explosives before it reached a hill in al-Toloul area near al-Qaryatain town.
The army’s air force destroyed vehicles and positions for ISIS terrorists in the vicinity of al-Qaryatain city and Jazal oil field, Mhassi, al-Sawaneh and in the vicinity of al-Bayarat area in Homs countryside; SANA reported.
