The ISIS is losing more ground as the Syrian army and air force continue to target the Takfiri militants’ positions in Deir Ezzur, Aleppo and Hama.
Tens of terrorists have been killed and dozens more injured in heavy clashes with the Syrian government troops and also in the Syrian airstrikes.
The Syrian army destroyed ISIS's mortar launchers in Mariya village in Deir Ezzur province on Sunday.
The army units also destroyed a convoy of the militants and their weapons in the surrounding areas of al-Tharda village in the Eastern part of Deir Ezzur province.
Other army units inflicted heavy losses on the militants in the Southeastern countryside of Aleppo province.
Scores of ISIS terrorists were killed and injured in the Syrian army's counteroffensive on Ithrya-Khanaser road.
In Hama province, the Syrian army thwarted two attacks by the ISIS terrorists on several areas in the Eastern part of Hama province.
The army units in cooperation with the popular defense groups pounded the terrorists' military positions and gathering centers in al-Mufaker, Barri Sharqi and Rasm al-Tina villages in the Eastern part of Hama province.
In a relevant development on Saturday, the Syrian Army's anti-terrorism offensives in at least three neighborhoods of the Eastern city of Deir Ezzur claimed the lives of several ISIS terrorists.
The ISIS gathering centers in the neighborhoods of al-Haweiqa, al-Jabileh and al-Sina'ah came under the heavy assaults of the Syrian army, which ended in the killing or wounding of several terrorists and meantime inflicted major damage on their military hardware.
In the meantime, the Syrian fighter jets targeted the ISIS positions in the village of al-Msheitiyeh in Deir Ezzur countryside, where the terrorist group's military vehicles and equipment sustained serious damage, FNA reported.
