The Russian warplanes tracked and targeted a long column of the vehicles of the ISIS terrorist group in a region Northeast of Aleppo province, inflicting major damage on the convoy.
The ISIS's attempts to transfer a large number of fighters from al-Bab Plateau to unknown location failed after the Russian air fleet struck the convoy while passing through the villages of ‘Ein al-Jahish, Abu Taltal, Touman, al-Shamawiyah, Sheikh Dun, and al-Bayrat.
The Russian and Syrian air forces killed several ISIS combatants and destroyed over 10 armored vehicles in their attacks.
On Tuesday, scores of ISIS terrorists were killed or wounded in the Syrian airstrikes in the Southeastern part of Aleppo province.
The Syrian fighter jets, in several combat sorties, bombed the ISIS positions near the villages of al-Uwainiyeh, Um Mayal and al-Qulai’a, which left scores of the terrorists dead or wounded; FNA reported.
