The ISIS terrorist group pulled forces back from more positions in the Southeastern part of Aleppo province under the heavy offensives of the Syrian Army and National Defense Forces.
The Syrian government forces continued to advance against the ISIS terrorists and pushed them back form their strongholds near the villages of Man'aya, Joukheh and Sallaleh al-Kabireh in the Western side Rasma al-Nafal following hours of intense battle which ended in the killing and wounding of dozens of the terrorists.
In relevant development in the province on Thursday, the Syrian army and popular forces liberated another village Southeast of Aleppo, and inflicted a heavy toll on the ISIS that included tens of foreign terrorists from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Chechnya, Lebanon, Malaysia and Pakistan.
The Syrian army along with Liwa al-Quds (Jerusalem Brigade), the Republican Guard and the National Defense Forces (NDF) liberated another village from the ISIS hands in Khanaser Plains after advancing North from the recently captured city of Khanaser this morning.
According to a military source, the Syrian armed forces imposed full control over the village of al-Muqayrat after a violent battle with the ISIS near the strategic city of Khanaser.
The source added that several militants from the ISIS were killed during the successful military operations to liberate the village of al-Muqayrat, including several foreign fighters from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Chechnya, Lebanon, Malaysia and Pakistan.
With al-Muqayrat under their control, the Syrian forces and their allies have advanced towards the village of Hawaz, which was seized by the ISIS during their offensive just 48 hours ago, FNA reported.
