Iraq's counter-terrorism forces have raised the Iraqi flag above the central government complex in the western city of Ramadi, a military spokesman says, after the army declares victory over Daesh terrorists.
Iraqi forces have liberated the city of Ramadi on Monday and raised the national flag above the flashpoint government complex, a spokesman for the Joint Operations Command said in a televised address.
