ISIS terrorist group have released a new execution video showing a 19-year-old Syrian man being run over by a tank.
The victim claimed to be a Syrian army soldier is forced to confess and the ISIS terrorist tells the camera the man's punishment is to be run over by a tank while he is alive,according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
