ISIS terrorists sustained major setbacks in Hasakah as 400 members of the Takfiri group attempted to sneak into the Northeastern city, Al-Alam News Network reports.
According to reports, the Syrian troops pushed back some 400 ISIS terrorists from the district of al-Ghuweiran early on Saturday, killing and injuring scores of them.
The reports added that large groups of the terrorists fled the battlefield as they failed to resist the army's fire.
The Syrian Armed Forces killed over 60 terrorists following the operation, including a number of foreign fighters from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Libya, Egypt and Tunisia.
