The militant-launched projectiles struck neighborhood in the Ashrafieh district of the northern city, state news agency SANA reported on Friday.
The intruding militants regularly launch rockets into the government-held parts of the city as armed clashes on the ground continue.
This is while a terrorist car bomb was set off on Thursday on the outskirts of the city killing at least 43 people. The explosion hit near the Bab al-Salamah border crossing with Turkey.
Several women and children were among the victims of the deadly attack.
Also on Wednesday, two British journalists were shot and beaten by foreign-backed militants operating inside Syria.
The pair, according to the report, had spent several days reporting from the war-ravaged city of Aleppo and was returning to the Turkish border early on Wednesday when they were kidnapped by armed groups.
The development comes as radical Takfiri groups have stepped up their deadly attacks against Syrian civilians as the nation is preparing to hold a milestone presidential election on June 3.
This is while the Syrian military has gained major victories in its continuing battle against intruding Takfiri groups across the major Arab country.
