A suicide bombing in suburbs of Syrian capital has left 15 people dead and more than 30 were wounded.
State television said on Tuesday that all fatalities were civilians.
The attack occurred at a bus stop in Soumariya, a major hub for transport in and out of the capital.
Number of causalities may rise, according to reports.
Suicide attacks are a common tactic by insurgents leading a war on Syria to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad.
More than 100,000 people have been killed in a war which started with peaceful pro-democracy protests in March 2011.
The protests soon turned to a war marked by extremism after interference from foreign countries such as Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
