Fresh clashes erupted between the Syrian army and terrorist groups in several villages on Thursday when government forces attacked the terrorists to push the foreign-backed groups to withdraw from residential areas.

According to our reporter, army units clashed with the terrorists in several battlefields in Latakia, Homs, Aleppo, Deir al-Zour and Daraa, destroying their hideouts and weapons.

The Syrian Army strategy aims mainly at securing international highways linking different parts of the country as well as villages and small towns which suffer presence of terrorist groups such as al-Nusra Front.

The unrest in Syria which began in March 2011, is getting worse by the day as terrorist group enjoy US, Israel and some Arab countries’ support to fight against the army.

The insurgency is getting a dreadful image with militants and terrorists attacking and killing people and army soldiers with inhuman and brutal acts.

A video footage recently circulated on the internet showed a terrorist named Khalid al-Hamad, also known as Abu Sakkar, cutting out an organ of a Syrian soldier and biting into it.

In another incident in eastern province of Deir al-Zour, Al-Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front terrorists executed a group of eleven men.
