Russian and Syrian fighter jets carried out over 35 combat flights over the concentration centers of Jeish al-Fatah in the Southern districts of Aleppo, inflicting major loss and heavy casualties on the militants.
Syrian and Russian fighter jets, in over 35 airstrikes, bombed heavily terrorist targets in Sheikh Saeed and Housing Project 1070, killing at least 14 Takfiri militants in Project 1070 and destroying an arms depot in Sheikh Saeed.
The air raids paved the ground for the Syrian army troops to continue advance in Sheikh Saeed district and recapture the remaining building blocks in Project 1070.
Earlier reports said that Syrian Army troops and National Defense Forces continued to push Jeish al-Fatah back from its positions in the Northern outskirts of Aleppo city following hours of fierce clashes.
Syrian government forces inflicted a heavy death toll on Jeish al-Fatah terrorists and drove them out of al-Oweijeh close to al-Jandoul square, FNA reported.
