(TheSun) -- A cache of documents record the death cult’s use of “human guinea pigs” who died testing at least two chemical agents, reports The Times.
The papers were found hidden at Mosul University by Iraqi special forces after it was recaptured from the retreating jihadists. British and US forces have verified the records as bona fide Isis papers.
They document experiments on prisoners using pesticides and nicotine.
The nightmarish scenario is reminiscent of trials conducted by evil Nazi doctor Josef Mengele on concentration camp inmates during World War 2.
Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, a British chemical weapons expert, described Isis testing to the Times on humans as “almost holocaust type”.
He said: “This is a horrifying throwback to the Nazis who would test nerve agents on live humans.
“During the Second World War, the Nazis conducted thousands of deadly experiments with mustard gas on prisoners at Sachsenhausen concentration camp, near Berlin.”
According to the documents, Isis scientists poisoned a man who weighed almost 16 stone. He was fed thallium sulphate in his food or water.
After two days the victim began to feeling sick and had a fever.His stomach and brain then began swelling. Ten days later he was dead.
The twisted terror group regarded the murder as a success because the killer compound was an “ideal lethal poison”.This is because it is difficult to detect and it had delayed symptoms.
Another man was injected with large amounts of nicotine, blacking out almost immediately and dying within two hours.
A hapless captive was then daubed in nicotine to see what would happen.He passed out but did not die.
The group has increasingly made use of chemical agents, with dozens of chlorine gas attacks reported on Iraqi troops in recent months. It has also launched mustard gas attacks in Syria.
Isis are one of the worst political groups in modern times.
As well as experimenting on humans, the terror group are accused of massacres and regularly boast about inventive ways of executing people in slickly produced snuff videos.
