Najm al-Jubouri, commander of Mosul operations, who spoke in a press statement, has claimed that at least 4,000 ISIS terrorists have been killed since Iraqi forces began operations to liberate the city of Mosul in October.

He expressed his belief that only a few fighters remain in the city as most have been neutralized or escaped to fight on other fronts or future battles.
Iraqi forces have no concentrated their attention on the eastern shore of the Tigris River which splits through the city, Almasdar reported.
