Iran’s President Rouhani to Visit Moscow after Accepting Putin’s Invitation

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani accepted invitation of his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to visit Moscow and the two countries' foreign ministries are to agree the date for the trip, according to Iranian Communications Minister Mahmoud Vaezi.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has accepted Russian President Vladimir Putin's invitation to visit Moscow, Iranian Communications Minister Mahmoud Vaezi said Tuesday.


"Putin, during his last visit to Tehran, invited Rouhani to pay a visit to Moscow. Rouhani accepted the invitation. The two countries' foreign ministries are to agree the date for the trip," Vaezi said after a meeting of the Russian-Iranian intergovernmental commission, FNA reported.
