Ten blocks in eastern Aleppo have been freed from Al Nusra militants, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
More than 100 militants have ceased resistance and left the eastern parts of Aleppo, the center said.
"The Russian Reconciliation Center continues to deliver humanitarian aid to Aleppo’s neighborhoods liberated from terrorists.
Over the past 24 hours, a total of 3,179 civilians, including 1,519 children and 138 babies, have fled the eastern part of the city," the center reported.
All people who had left the city have been accommodated to the humanitarian centers deployed together with the Syrian authorities.
They are provided with medical care, hot meals, essentials and clothing.
The Russian Reconciliation Center also deployed more than 150 field kitchens to the area.
Humanitarian aid was earlier delivered to the al-Ashrafia and Hananu al-Amaliya neighborhoods (about one and three tonnes of cargo respectively) and the Hadida populated locality in Homs province (nearly one ton), the Center added.
