Fatah al-Sham Front (the al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) terrorists’ positions in the villages of al-Farhanyeh and Ein Hussein al-Janoubi in Northern Homs also came under attack by army men;FNA reported.

Meantime, the Syrian Air Force pounded terrorists' bases in Kafr Laha, Taldou, Um Sharshouh and Talibeh in Northern Homs.
In a retaliatory move against terrorists' attacks on the neighborhoods of al-Arman, al-Abasiyeh and al-Mowaselat square in Homs city, the Syrian army targeted terrorists' bases in al-Wa'er neighborhood, killing and wounding several militants.
Battlefield sources announced on Thursday that the Syrian army and ISIL terrorists engaged in tough battle near the strategic oilfields in Homs province.
