According to the media wing of the Syrian Democratic Forces, their units liberated 5 villages and 2 hilltops on Friday, killing and wounding several Islamic State (ISIS , ISIL, IS and Daesh) terrorists during this advance.
The identified villages captured by the Syrian Democratic Forces on Friday were Al-Sheikh Hassan, Al-Ghazali, Khunayz Fawqini, Khunayz Mujadameh, and Al-Khadr.
SDF Press release in Twitter in its recent posts announced that “Our forces has released three villages in the Wrath of Euphrates campaign Al-hisha, “above Khneza” and “under khneza”.
It added that SDF forces killed ISIS heads in the Raqaa`s countryside.
SDF Forces are now within 32 km of Raqqa City.
