The Syrian air force killed and wounded several terrorists in a Southwestern neighborhood of Deir Ezzur city.
The Syrian army also inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist groups in other key regions across Syria.
In Deir Ezzur the Syrian fighter jets pounded ISIL's military positions in a neighborhood Southwest of Deir Ezzur city on Friday.
The Syrian warplanes hit hard the ISIL terrorists' gathering centers in the surrounding areas of Regiment 137 and Al-Arfi neighborhood some 7.4 kilometers to the North of Deir Ezzur Airbase, inflicting heavy losses on the militants.
Meantime, the Syrian army units targeted and destroyed the terrorists' military positions in the surrounding areas of Deir Ezzur Airbase.
In Aleppo the Syrian army and popular forces continued their advances in the Northern part of Aleppo on Friday, and seized back major parts of al-Arz al-Hamra region and a strategic mine to the East of al-Oweijeh area.
The army's military gains came after fierce clashes with the terrorist groups that inflicted severe casualties on the militants.
The terrorists' military equipment also sustained heavy losses.
Earlier on Friday, the Syrian army and popular forces seized back three strategic regions in Aleppo, and killed over three dozen terrorists in heavy fighting in other parts of the province.
The government forces managed to take full control of the al-Maqla, Kasarat and Qos al-Oweijeh regions in Aleppo province.
Meantime, over 42 terrorists were killed in tough battle with the Syrian government forces and popular forces in Sheikh Saeed, al-Ferdos and Housing Project 1070.
In Dara’a battlefield sources disclosed that the Syrian army has destroyed the terrorists' military grid, including artillery units and armored vehicles, in the Dara'a province.
"The artillery units and several machinegun-equipped armored vehicles of the terrorist groups were destroyed in Dara'a al-Balad region," a battlefield source said.
The Syrian army, meantime, pounded the terrorists' military positions in al-Abassiya and in the Southwestern part of al-Raba'ee intersection in Tariq al-Sad district.
The terrorists sustained heavy losses and death toll in the army's offensives in Dara'a.
In Homs the Syrian army continued its advances in the Northern part of Homs province, killing a dozen terrorists, including a senior commander.
Mustafa Mohammad al-Amri, Notorious commander of Fatah al-Sham Front (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front), and 11 of his men were killed in heavy clashes with the Syrian government forces in al-Sa'an region in Northern Homs province.
In Damascus the Syrian army troops, backed by the Russian warplanes, further advanced in the Western parts of Damascus and seized back the strategic town of Deir Khabiyeh in Western Ghouta.
Army sources reported on Friday that several units of the army have raided the town and established full control over Deir Khabiyeh in Western Ghouta.
Several terrorists were killed and wounded in the army offensive on their military positions, they added.
