Three civilians have been killed and four others have been injured on Saturday when terrorist groups targeted al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood on the northern outskirts of Aleppo city with rocket shells.
Local sources told SANA that the ISIL (Daesh/ISIS/ISIL/IS)terrorist organizations targeted the residential neighborhood with rocket shells, claiming the lives of three persons, including a boy and a girl, and injuring four other people, who sustained wounds of varying severity.
Material damage was also caused due to the terrorist attack, according to the sources.
