Unfortunately the current trend of negotiations indicates that Moscow has again repeated its past mistakes and now these are the Americans who don’t accept anything less than paralyzing the Syrian government.
During the last winter, the Syrian army and its allies made vast advances in Northern Syria but the pursuing ceasefire gave a new life to the terrorists.
Also, the first ceasefire of this kind provided Washington with the opportunity to complete their plot to deploy forces in Northern Syria and give the control of Hasaka to the Kurdish forces.
Now, undoubtedly, one of the main plots of the US and the multi-national military-industrial complex in Syria is using the ceasefire to take full control of Aleppo.
It is obvious to everyone that establishment of real ceasefire and reaching peace in Syria is not inaccessible and the US can control the terrorist groups, but the attractive industry of war and the huge financial gains that it bears for the US and Israeli private security firms don’t allow the Syrian people to taste the flavor of peace and tranquility.
The truce deal was announced on Friday following intensive talks between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his US counterpart John Kerry.
The seven-day ceasefire took effect Monday.
The agreement's initial objectives include allowing humanitarian access and joint Moscow-Washington attacks against militant groups, which are not covered by the agreement, including the ISIL and Fatah al-Sham Front (formerly known as al-Nusra Front).
The truce is the second attempt this year by Washington and Moscow to halt the war in Syria which started in March 2011.
Syria has been gripped by foreign-backed militancy since March 2011. Over the past few months, the terrorists active in the Arab country have suffered major setbacks as the Syrian army has managed to liberate several areas.
