Some 58 men, women and children were intercepted in a boat off the Dikili coast of Izmir province last week, according to a written statement by the Turkish coast guard on Monday.
Of the migrant group, 29 were from Afghanistan and 15 from Syria, the coast guard said.
More than 70 people were also intercepted on the Aegean more than a week ago, according to the Turkish coast guard.
The influx of migrants from Turkey hit a record of 857,000 last year. But since a deal between Turkey and the European Union came into effect in March, in which migrants can be returned to Turkey, monthly arrivals in Greece have been in the low thousands.
