Dozens of firefighters battled a blaze at a nightclub, recycling center and industrial units on the Greenwich peninsula in south east London.
Footage captured by a man who was working nearby, showed flames and thick black smoke billowing from the site.
A man was reportedly taken to hospital by air ambulance with burns.
