"Several cases of arguments between Ansar and Mohajereen have been reported in the ISIL-held al-Bab region in Northern Aleppo, which in addition to escalation of infighting have faced local residents of the region serious problems," Jihan Khazro said.
"The ISIL does not allow the civilians to leave al-Bab and the people will face harsh response of the ISIL if try to leave the region," he further added.
"Al-Bab region's civilians suffer from ISIL's vast wave of arrests. ISIL is frequently calling on al-Bab region's local residents to join the Takfiri group. If the people refuse to join ISIL they will be executed in front of people's eyes," Khazro went on to say.
Reports said earlier today that the terrorists of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) stormed the strongholds of its rival group, the ISIL, in Northern Aleppo near the border with Turkey, battlefield sources said, adding that the clashes ended in the killing or wounding of dozens of militants from both sides.
"The FSA-affiliated battalions Sultan Murad and Suqur al-Jabal struck ISIL's concentration centers and gatherings in Doudyan region, which claimed the lives of dozens terrorists," the sources said.
This town and its outskirts have witnessed heavy clashes over the past 4 days with both sides suffering tens of casualties; FNA reported.
