Syrian army military operations continued against terrorist organizations, with the army units targeting their positions in some areas and repelling their attacks in others and the Air Force hitting their gatherings and movements.
Deir Ezzor
The army’s air force destroyed two ISIS positions with weapons and equipment inside, in al-Mrei’iyeh, 10 km to the southeast of Deir Ezzor city, a military source said.
Daraa
An army unit targeted a gathering of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in al-Nazihin camp in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa city.
A number of terrorist leaders within Jabhat al-Nusra were killed or injured in the operation, which also left several of vehicles destroyed.
More terrorists were killed in an army operation in al-Maasara to the south of al-Nueimeh town in the eastern countryside of Daraa province, SANA reported.
