Meanwhile in northern Aleppo, SAA backed by Russian Air force airstrikes and NDF forces advance in Al Mallah area after capturing Al Asamat.
According to AFP reporter, Russian and Syrian warplanes pounded rebel-held areas of Aleppo and government forces closed in on the rebels' sole remaining supply line.
The Russian strikes focused on the Castello Road, the only remaining route out of the rebel-held east of the city, the London Based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The renewed government offensive after 2 days of cease fire around Aleppo comes a day after another key ally, Lebanese resistance group Hezbollah, pledged to send more fighters to join the "greatest battle of Aleppo war".
"Hezbollah deployed a large number of its forces to the strategic town of al Hadher on Friday morning," the sources in Syrian Army said adding, "The Hezbollah veteran commandos that have participated in several battles across Syria, including the first offensive in Southern Aleppo."
