Two Turkish soldiers have been killed by PKK fighters near the Iraqi borders, the armed wing of Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) announced on Monday.
The PKK said, “Our troops attacked a group of Turkish soldiers in Qlaban area near the Iraqi borders while trying to station near our headquarters.”
The statement added, “The attack resulted in the killing of two Turkish soldiers and caused damage to their vehicle,” IraqiNews reported.
