The Syrian Army alongside the National Defense Forces, backed up by the Syrian and Russian Air Forces, ended ISIL's rule over the ancient Assyrian town of Al-Quaryatayn in Homs province and freed the entire neighborhoods of the town after days of non-stop battle.
