In the northern province of Aleppo, army units restored stability and security to Khanaser town in the south-eastern countryside of the province, after eliminating the last remaining gatherings of ISIS.
Later units of the army restored security and stability to Shallalah Kabira and Mgheirat village in Aleppo south-eastern countryside.
In the central province of Homs, the Syrian army air force destroyed 4 positions for ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra (Nusra Front) terrorist’s organizations.
A military source affirmed that a series of airstrikes were launched by the Syrian army air force against ISIS’ gatherings and dens in Tadmour (Palmyra) city, Bier al-Afaai and al- Mahsa areas in the east and southeast countryside of Homs, destroying 3 of ISIS positions and a number of machinegun-equipped vehicles.
While in the northern countryside of Homs, the air strikes inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists in addition to destroying a site of Jabhat al-Nusra in Talbisa town to the north side of Homs city.
In Hama and Idlib the Syrian Air Force launched sorties against the hideouts of Jabhat al-Nusra in Arab Said village in al-Roj Plain in the western countryside of Idlib.
A number of hideouts and machinegun-equipped vehicles were destroyed in the sorties.
The sorties also targeted the gatherings and vehicles of the so called “Jaish al-Fateh” in Ariha area in the southern countryside of Idlib in parallel with inflicting heavy losses on terrorists and their equipment in Saraqib to the southeast of Idleb city.
In Hama countryside, the Army’s airstrikes targeted the sites and fortified positions of ISIS in Wadi al-Azib area, destroying all those sites and killing a number of terrorists.
In the coastal province of Lattakia, units of the army and armed forces, in cooperation with popular defense groups, restored security and stability to the villages of Ain al-Baida, sheer al-Dhaba’a and Rweiset Rasho in the northern countryside of the province, the source confirmed, a the military source confirmed.
The source added that army engineering units combed the villages and dismantled the explosive devices and landmines which terrorists planted earlier in the villages.
In Deir Ezzor Army units clashed with groups of ISIS terrorists at the surrounding area of Deir-Ezzor Airport and Beit Dogheim village in Deir-Ezzor province, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.
A field source told SANA that an army unit destroyed a car equipped with a machine-gun near the Agriculture College building.
The source pointed out that army units carried out concentrated operations, eliminating ISIS groups’ gatherings in the neighborhoods of al-Erfi and al-Jbeila, in addition to destroying several cars heading to the city of Deir Ezzor on al-Syasia Bridge.
An army unit targeted movements of ISIS terrorists to the south of Euphrates Center in al- Morei’ea village in the eastern countryside of the province, destroying a tank of the terrorists.
In the western countryside of the province, army units destroyed a rocket launcher of ISIS in Ayash town.
The terrorist Wali al-Shaddadi- also called by ISIS Abu Osama al-Iraqi by ISIS- and Abu Sayyaf al-Libi (the Libyan) were killed during the operations.
In the southern province of Daraa, an army unit destroyed two vehicles equipped with 23mm machineguns for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Om Walad in the eastern countryside of the province, a military source said.
The terrorists suffered heavy losses in the army’s operations that targeted their movements and supply routes northeast of al-Yadouda town in the northwestern countryside of the province.
Army units targeted gatherings for terrorist organizations in al-Bahar neighborhood, al-Bajabjeh and southwest of al-Nazeheen Camp Park in Daraa the city.
Meanwhile, terrorist organizations admitted on their media webpages to killing a number of their members, pointing out that three terrorists from the medical cadre of Jabhat al-Nusra were killed in an ambush in the western countryside of Daraa province.
