ISIS have revealed an extremely detailed ruling on when "owners" of women enslaved by the terror group can have sex with them in a sickening attempt to 'codify' when it is acceptable to rape.
The special 'command' has the force of ISIS law behind it and reveals an incredibly meticulous debate on how to justify the brutal rape of captured women.
In this shocking command that the true Muslims reject, enslaved women and children are called “one of the graces which Allah have bestowed” upon the ISIS terrorists.
The guide goes far beyond what ISIS have previously discussed on slavery and sheds new light on how the group, also called Daesh, is desperately trying to misuse ancient teachings to justify its cruel regime across Syria and Iraq.
The command was among documents captured by US Special Operations Forces during a raid targeting a top ISIS official in Syria in May.
The document, reveals a frantic bid to curb "violations" in treatment of captured females - as the systematic rape of women appears to have spiralled out of control in ISIS-controlled areas.
Daesh has even established a department of "war spoils" to regulate and manage slavery.
The command starts with the question: "Some of the brothers have committed violations in the matter of the treatment of the female slaves. These violations are not permitted by Sharia law because these rules have not been dealt with in ages. Are there any warnings pertaining to this matter?"
The ISIS theologians then list 15 injunctions, which in some instances go into explicit detail.
According to the United Nations, the terrorist group have abducted thousands of women and girls as young as 12 years old, selling them as sex slaves or giving them to militants as rewards.
In April, Human Rights Watch interviewed 20 female escapees who recalled how Daesh fighters separated young women and girls from men and boys and older women.
They were moved "in an organized and methodical fashion to various places in Iraq and Syria."
The 'slaves' were then sold or given as gifts and repeatedly raped or subjected to sexual violence, Express reported.
