The footage shows a series of airstrikes hitting numerous targets in the capital of Anbar province. Iraqi allied Forces pushed into Ramadi earlier this week and surrounded the city, which ISIS terrorist attacked in May.
In a statement attached to the video released on Friday, the Iraqi Air Force said they had inflicted heavy losses in many number of ISIS terrorists and its equipments.
Also "Media War Cell" announced starting the process of liberalization of the southern areas of the city of Fallujah, which is considered as ISIS capital in Anbar province.
The cell said in a statement received by IraqiNews, “Baghdad Operations Command, after the completion of all the necessary arrangements on the ground, started an extensive operation to liberate the areas in south of Fallujah,” pointing out that, “The first division was able to liberate Nuaimiya police station and raise the Iraqi flag over its building southeast of Fallujah, while the sixth division had managed to liberate the village of Ma’ameer.”
The first day of the liberation operation in southern Fallujah areas enabled the first division in Nuaimiya to kill twenty terrorists as well as dismantling 12 explosive devices.
The sixth division in the village of Ma’ameer was able to kill 14 terrorists and destroy two booby-trapped vehicles, in addition to dismantling 10 improvised explosive devices, while the seventeenth division had managed to kill 17 terrorists and dismantle 36 bombs.
