A rare collection of Swatch timepieces which traces the beginnings of the Swiss brand more than three decades ago will be auctioned in Geneva on November 10. The collection comprises around a thousand watches with an estimated value of over a million Swiss francs (900,000 euros, $1 million). The collection was put together by Marlyse Schmid and Bernard Muller, two designers who worked on the brand in the early 1980s before its launch. AFP
