A Palestinian family has named their baby "Knife of Jerusalem" in solidarity with the young Palestinians Intifada.
Mohammed Abu Shebika, a Palestinian refugee in Gaza, said giving the name to his newborn son was "the least I could do" to show support for the uprising in Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank.
"Allah has given me a new baby, and I've named him 'Knife of Jerusalem' after the new Intifada, because we are now witnessing a new kind of revolution," he said.
around 50 Palestinians have been killed in the latest round of violence.
His mother said: "I am the mother of Knife of Jerusalem. We gave him this name in solidarity with our people in the West Bank. This is the least we could do for them."
A man identified as a friend of the family said he had proposed the idea after watching a social media video.
