"The news reports that Ansarullah fighters have entered and captured the Emirati Embassy in Sana'a are not true," Arab media outlets quoted Mohammad al-Bokhaiti, member of Ansarullh's Political Council, as saying on Tuesday.
Al-Bokhaiti's remarks came after some pro-Saudi media claimed that the Ansarullah fighters had occupied the Emirati Embassy in Sana'a.
The UAE foreign ministry had also claimed that its embassy had been captured by the Yemeni popular forces. In a statement, it called for the evacuation of the embassy immediately and restoration of embassy staff.
Al-Bokhaiti, meantime, reiterated that the Yemeni nation has lost their confidence in the international organizations, and said "this lack of trust is the result of the international bodies' biased policies towards Yemen".
In late July, the Yemeni army destroyed the operations room of the UAE officers who were fighting against the popular forces in Aden.
According to a report by al-Mayadeen TV, several UAE officers as well as spy agents of several Persian Gulf Arab littoral states who were operating in Yemen under Saudi Arabia's command to help the militia loyal to fugitive President Mansour Hadi or members of al-Qaeda terrorist group were killed during the army's operations.
According to reports, the number of UAE casualties in the Saudi Arabia-Yemen war is on the increase every day.
