Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on the occasion of receiving the F16 fighter jets announced that the fighter jets contribute to the destruction of enemy positions in Iraq, Al-Alam News Network reports.
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced on Monday, that the F-16 fighter jets will contribute in the destruction of the enemy sites and the liberation of the Iraqi land, calling on the international community to provide further support for Iraq.
Abadi said in a speech during a ceremony held at Balad Air Base on the occasion of receiving the first patch of the F-16 fighter jets: “We are celebrating today the reception of the F16 fighter jets.”
Abadi added that the F-16 fighter jets will contribute in the destruction of the enemy positions and the liberation of every inch of the land of Iraq.”
