Deputy Secretary-General of Iraq’s powerful Badr Organization Abdul Karim al-Ansari rejected a report on ceasefire with the ISIS Takfiri terrorist group, Al-Alam News Network reports.
Al-Ansari’s remarks came after some western and Arab media outlets claimed that the Badr organization and the ISIS have reached a ceasefire.
"The report by some media that Badr organization has accepted ceasefire with the ISIS is not true," Al-Ansari said on Sunday.
He underlined that Iraqi volunteer forces will continue their fight against the Takfiri terrorist groups until the entire terrorist group is eradicated.
