Young boys punch and kick each other inside the ring, which is believed to be in Iraq, as an adult commander watches on.
They run through hand-to-hand combat drills with an ISIS commander (picture) before they begin fighting each other.
Counter-terrorism experts say these brutal videos are designed to attract foreign fighters into joining ISIS.
The same fanatical soldier who supervised them in the ring watches on as the boys break tiles with their heads.
He then beats them with a stick as they try to move through an indoor army assault course.
The depraved militant even stomps across the boys' stomachs as they lie down on the hard floor.
