Deputy of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Behrouz Kamalvandi in an exclusive interview with Al-Alam News Network said that the protocol is not a general license, and they (IAEA’s exports)can’t go anywhere at any time in the sites of our country.

Although there is general access in the Additional Protocol, there is no reference to military sites, Kamalvandi added.

If access to non-nuclear sites is not possible, sampling of neighboring areas can take place, Kamalvandi described.
