A security source in Diyala province said that ISIS terrorists have executed a citizen while trying to videotape an unidentified helicopter landing in one of the northern agricultural villages of Muqdadiyah through ISIS control over these areas in the past periods.
The source told “Shafaq News", that "We have received reliable information from residents of one of the farming villages that ISIS organization has arrested one of the citizens during filming the landing of an aircraft of the International Alliance with his mobile telephone, adding that one of the elements of the organization was able to detect the person who was hiding behind a one of the houses in farming village and took him to the leaders of the organization before he completed filming “.
The source asserts that ISIS elements beaten and left him clinically dead for several days before being executed, indicating that the plane landed in the village for 15 to 20 minutes and flew again, according to eyewitnesses.
He adds, "The Population Information confirmed that ISIS imposed a security cordon around the landing area to prevent people from watching the landing, likely throwing armament aid and food supplies for the sustainability of the control of the organization on its strongholds in the past months."
For his part, the head of Muqdadiyah local council , Adnan al-Tamimi confirms repeated unknown helicopter landing incidents within the areas of influence of ISIS north of Muqdadiyah in recent months, according to information reported by eyewitnesses.
Tamimi said “landing aircraft accident in areas north of Muqdadiyah miss documentation, evidence and arguments in front of the other party in reference to the international coalition led by the United States.”
Tamimi renewed his confirmation on the existence of international support for ISIS that helped it to continue its maintenance in its ravaged areas northern Muqdadiyah and areas north of Hamrin.
Local officials in Diyala said earlier, monitoring international aircraft landing in ISIS strongholds northeast of Baquba and giving ISIS supplies and weapons but the US forces and the international coalition denied the landing of any aircraft to support ISIS organization by weapons or financially.
The international coalition is facing wide official and popular criticism in Iraq for not achieving concrete results by the raids and air strikes against the organization in the western and northern provinces for several months.
Yesterday Iraqi Minister of Defense, Khaled al-Obeidi vowing that the air defense will respond to any aircraft who help ISIS, whatever its nationality was.
Obeidi said: Any aircraft helping ISIS will be legitimate target.
