The video, shown on Palestine Today, has been recorded on Thursday (July 3) during clashes in the Shuafat neighbourhood of al-Quds.
According to the report, the boy is 15-year-old American citizen, Tareq Abu Khdeir - the second cousin of Mohammed Abu Khdeir who was found burned to death in East al-Quds on Wednesday (July 2) after being abducted.
According to local media, Tareq Abu Khdair was visiting his relatives for the summer.
No charges have been brought against Abu Khdair, his lawyer said, but his detention has been extended until the morning of Sunday, July 6.
Still pictures taken by the lawyer of the Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, Mohammed Mahmoud, on Friday (July 5), showed Abu Khdair with a bruised and swollen face. His lawyer said his nose was also broken.
Israeli forces have killed several Palestinians and arrested hundreds of others, including Hamas members and lawmakers, since three settlers went missing on June 12 before they were found dead later.
Over the incident, Israeli Foreign Minister has called for an all-out war against the Gaza Strip which is crippling under a harsh siege imposed by the Israeli regime since 2007.
