An explosion believed to have been caused by a car bomb tore through a Syrian refugee camp at a border camp near Turkish border killed and injured dozens of civilians.
According to witnesses’ comments within this video, the blast was done by the militant groups of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
