The footage shows ready-to-cook ingredients such as fish, chicken and various vegetables being put near and around a squat toilet hole in unhygienic conditions.

The food is to be served in a restaurant.

The video footage also shows a slew of kitchen utensils all around the squat toilet hole.

The so-called disheveled chef of the toilet-kitchen of the restaurant is shown on the footage while preparing food.

The chef who is a foreigner when asked about his residential documents stated that "he has no official residence permit."
