The incident happened on Wednesday when the vehicle hit a roadside bomb in the Nawa area of Dara’a. Four children and six women were among the victims.
The foreign-backed militants often carry out such deadly attacks.
Dara’a is the cradle of the unrest that broke out in March 2011, when peaceful protests turned violent by the foreign-backed elements.
More than 100,000 people have been killed in the conflict that broke out after the foreign-backed militants and terrorists started a fierce fighting in Syria.
A very large number of the militants operating inside Syria are reportedly foreign nationals.
According to reports, the Western powers and their regional allies, especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, are supporting the militants operating inside Syria and are providing them with required military equipment.
